El producto resultante se conoce como \u201cpolvo de s\u00edlice angular\u201d. Debido a que estas part\u00edculas poseen naturalmente bordes afilados y formas irregulares, son fundamentalmente incompatibles con los requisitos del empaquetado de chips de alta gama moderno, lo que expone tres debilidades fatales principales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Baja tasa de llenado y alto desperdicio de material<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las part\u00edculas producidas por los equipos de molienda tradicionales se asemejan a piedras trituradas. Se entrelazan entre s\u00ed y crean grandes espacios vac\u00edos durante el apilamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La relaci\u00f3n de llenado m\u00e1xima en los sistemas de resina es de tan solo 50% a 60% aproximadamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se requiere una resina epoxi m\u00e1s cara.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los costes de embalaje aumentan significativamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La compacidad y la densidad generales del paquete se ven afectadas negativamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alta viscosidad y poca fluidez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Las part\u00edculas irregulares generan una enorme fricci\u00f3n durante la mezcla. Una vez a\u00f1adidas a la resina epoxi, la viscosidad del sistema aumenta bruscamente, haciendo que el compuesto fluya como una espesa lechada de cemento. Estos sistemas utilizan temperaturas de varios miles de grados para fundir instant\u00e1neamente la superficie de las part\u00edculas irregulares de cuarzo. Gracias a la tensi\u00f3n superficial durante el enfriamiento, las part\u00edculas fundidas se contraen de forma natural hasta formar esferas casi perfectas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El producto final es un polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rico de alta pureza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SiO\u2082 \u2265 99,9%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras someterse a esta \u201ctransformaci\u00f3n completa\u201d, el polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rico presenta cuatro caracter\u00edsticas cr\u00edticas que cumplen directamente con los requisitos fundamentales del encapsulado de semiconductores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Alta tasa de llenado + Baja viscosidad (efecto de rodamiento de bolas)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias al control preciso del equipo de esferoidizaci\u00f3n, las superficies de las part\u00edculas se vuelven extremadamente lisas. De esta manera, el polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rico act\u00faa como un amortiguador de estr\u00e9s t\u00e9rmico, mejorando significativamente la fiabilidad de los ciclos t\u00e9rmicos y, a menudo, prolongando la vida \u00fatil en m\u00e1s del triple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Alto aislamiento + Excelente estabilidad (Protecci\u00f3n ultrapura)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El polvo de s\u00edlice esf\u00e9rico de alta pureza posee una resistividad volum\u00e9trica extremadamente alta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10\u00b9\u2075 \u03a9\u00b7cm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>lo que lo convierte en un aislante el\u00e9ctrico excepcional.
