Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le faible coefficient de dilatation thermique de la poudre de silicium (CTE \u2248 2,6 \u00d7 10\u207b\u2076\/K) la rend plus compatible avec les syst\u00e8mes de r\u00e9sine \u00e9poxy et BT. Elle contribue \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un chemin de conduction thermique relativement continu, permettant ainsi au mat\u00e9riau de maintenir sa capacit\u00e9 de dissipation thermique malgr\u00e9 l&#039;augmentation de la densit\u00e9 de puissance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV.
